The Yellow eyed demon monologued. He has the gun in his hand, Dean can't move and he chooses to monologue. A how many centuries old demon should have learned to not monologue till after the good guy is dead. I hate when bad guys monologue. Sorry, that's just always bothered me. Not that I would have wanted Dean to die, just that the demon conducts this big plan, and then ruins it at the last minute by monologuing.
