From cwtv.com:
In suburban Nebraska, a group of partying high school teens jokingly dare their friend Charlie (guest star Marnette Patterson) to look into the mirror and repeat 'Bloody Mary, Bloody Mary, Bloody Mary," not knowing this will unleash a series of mysterious murders. Sam and Dean realize that Bloody Mary has the power to travel through all reflective surfaces when she is hunting a victim. Worried that teens are accidentally summoning Bloody Mary, Sam and Dean race to destroy the violent spirit before she can kill again.
The episode was written by Ron Milbauer and Terri Hughes Burton from a story by Eric Kripke, and directed by Peter Ellis.

Ok... just read this today and it again blew me away... And makes me hope they one day come back to it... Or perhaps one of us will in fic? Have others?
Enough babbling...
In the end, Dean's eyes bled too. Hence, he's harboring guilt? I hadn't even THOUGHT ABOUT THAT. (But we all know I'm slow about these things. I have to read it in a book.)
What's in Dean's past that we don't know about???

Wow, I have never thought about this either. I simply assumed that his eyes were bleeding too because Mary had left the mirror. I hope you're right though, it would be an awesome story if Dean has is own dark secret. Or ... that thought just came to me, maybe his eyes were bleeding out of guilt for all the people he hadn't been able to save in the years. Mary doesn't just kill people who have murdered anyone, but also those who feel responsible for someone else's death without really being responsible. And no one does guilt as good as Dean. I haven't read a single fic yet that was written about it. And I don't think it was ever brought up in the show (though I hope it will be one day ... Kripke is always good for a surprise). Maybe we should use it as a challenge?
