From cwtv.com:
Dean is contacted by his first love Cassie (Megalyn Echikunwoke), an African-America girl, who asks him to come to Mississippi to investigate a string of racially motivated murders. Each murder is linked to a mysterious truck that seems to have no driver and leave no tracks. Sam is stunned to see this new side of his brother as Dean struggles to come to grips with the residual feelings he has for Cassie.
The episode was written by Eugenie Ross-Leming & Brad Buckner and directed by Paul Shapiro.

I'm rewatching this ep (still hate the girl *yuck* ... love the truck though *g*).
There is this one scene between Sam and Dean when Sam learnes that StupidGirl dumbed Dean. Talk about hero whorship. Sam is so dumbstruck by the idea that his big brother got dumbed. I just love the kind of faith Sammy has in him. That a girl could say no to him doesn't even come to his mind at first.
