This is a (humorous, but sweet) clip of Jared from the recent con, with Jason Manns as MC. In it, he talks about watching "Marley and Me." part 1 (about 41 sec) www.youtube.com/watch?v=NnbXenqKpfspart 2 (almost 2 minutes) www.youtube.com/watch?v=M5SQJTwG3TU(As a side note, I absolutely refuse to watch this movie, as I know I will have the same reaction as the boys, especially since our first dog who we loved so much was the same kind of dog as Marley.)

I watched it last weekend again and the movie means even MORE to me since losing Hans. I identify with it so much more... It means so much more in how it captures that love and devotion... Of course I cry, but crying is ok. It's healthy.
I'm sorry, but even NON-dog people cry at Marley and Me.

I give you credit--I just don't think I could watch it. Maybe if it was a different breed of dog I could.

Aw, that's sweet! I like men who can cry I still haven't watched the movie, but I'm planning to look out for it, either on DVD or whenever it airs on TV.

I wasn't sure I could, but like I said, it was all the more meaningful to me. I knew I would bawl... That was a given. I cried during the book, the movie in the theater and now the DVD.
